All engines are sold with the manufacturer’s standard warranty. For parts, we stand behind genuineness and workmanship. Issues due to manufacturing defects are covered; wear-and-tear, misuse, or incorrect installation may not be.

Yes. Our team provides technical advice, installation guidance, and after-sales support. If needed, we can help you locate certified service partners or perform installation in-house depending on project scope.

We stock genuine spare parts for the brands we represent. If a part is not in stock, we can often order it. Lead times depend on the manufacturer and shipping, but we aim to fulfill as quickly as possible.

For in-stock items, delivery across the UAE typically takes 1–3 business days. Imported or special order items may take longer, depending on shipping times and customs.

Yes. We can ship to other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries or internationally. Shipping costs and lead times depend on destination, weights, and freight arrangements.

Standard payment terms are 100% on order for special or imported items. For in-stock inventory we may offer part payment / credit based on customer history and order size.

Orders may be canceled before dispatch/shipment. Once products have shipped or been installed, cancellations/returns are subject to restocking fees or not accepted, depending on condition and brand policies.

If an engine fails under warranty conditions, we coordinate with the manufacturer to inspect and repair or replace the unit. Terms depend on warranty coverage (hours run, maintenance schedule adherence, etc.).

Yes. We offer periodic maintenance, minor repairs, and can assist with engine overhauls. Our technical team is trained on the brands we supply to ensure quality service.

We can help you assess your vessel type, weight, intended usage (speed, duration, load), and marine environment. Based on that, we recommend engine type (outboard vs inboard), power rating, fuel type, cooling system, etc.

Yes — for special requirements (e.g. unusual specifications, bespoke builds) we can coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to source items not normally in stock.
